I am a software engineer at Oxide Computer Company.

In a previous life, I was a PhD student in computational neuroscience at Stanford University. I worked in Steve Baccus’s lab, where my research focused on dynamic processing in the retina, using a combination of electrophysiology experiments and computational modeling. While a student, I also maintained a large portion of the lab’s software for recording, processing, and analyzing experimental data.

I’m an avid gardener and reader, and I’m married to my best friend, Jen.
